Early Check-In Inquiries:
For an additional $35, you may request early check-in for up to 2 hours of extra access. Please contact us in advance so we can inform our cleaning staff. Thank you.

For an additional $35, you may request late check-out for up to 2 hours of extra access. Please contact us in advance so we can inform our cleaning staff. Thank you.
Yes, they are counted the same as an adult. We do not accommodate more than the maximum number listed for any room.
No, our rates do not include tax. Current tax is 6.33% which includes city and state taxes and will be added to your rate.
Yes, A 4% non-refundable card processing fee applies.
Cancellation fees are dependent on booking platform. Please refer to your reservation confirmation that details your reservation cancellation.
Yes you may edit the reservation after booking subject to availability. Please call or text us with any reservation modification requests.
Yes, please be respectful of other guests while using our amenities. If you have a specific request for the use of an amenity, please contact our General Manager.
Property Questions
Can I smoke on the property?
No, we are a smoke free property. Smoking, burning of candles, or incense is not permitted. Anyone who smokes or burns anything that causes odors in their room will be charged a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
Are guests responsible for damages?
Yes, guests are responsible for any damages they or their visitors cause.
Are pets allowed?
Is wifi available on the property?
Wireless internet access is included in the price but it is not guaranteed. We are located in a rural area with good internet access, although we can not guaranteed your device will connect to our system 100% of the time.
Common Spaces
We kindly ask you to read our inn rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
